The Big Bamboo Raw Bar is the islands only true raw bar.
In addition to the chilled oysters and clams on the half
shell, the raw bar offers cooked stone crab claws. Smoked
peppered bluefish is always available and the house smoked
salmon is served several days a week (based on availability).
The Timbers famous New England clam chowder is served along
with Clams Casino, Oysters Rockefeller and Oysters Parmesan.
