A 30 foot paddle fan welcomes you to the tropical island dining room of the Timbers Restaurant. Giant canvas umbrellas and bamboo trim accentuate the diverse dining areas of the 180 seat room. The right combination of booths and tables make The Timbers perfect for both large groups and intimate dining for two.
The Timbers menu features the largest selection of fresh fish and seafood on the islands along with a fine choice of hand cut steaks and pasta. "We Serve it Fresh...or We Don't Serve it at All" is more than a slogan, it's our policy. For that reason we print a new "Fresh Fish Report" daily, featuring the fresh catches of the day along with our chef's special creations.
All dinner entrees always include choice of creamy clam chowder, tossed salad, fresh vegetable and choice of potato. A children's menu is available and all items are also available for takeout.
Complementing our dinner "menus" is the "A to Z Martini" list and a varied and reasonably priced wine list featuring both domestic and imported wines. What would dinner at a tropical restaurant be without a frozen cocktail? Not to worry! In addition to the classic Pina Colada and Strawberry Daiquiri, The Timbers mixologists offer a list of ever changing frozen specials!
