Located next to the fish market in the lobby of The Timbers Restaurant, The Big Bamboo Oyster Bar is the islands only true raw bar. In addition to the chilled oysters from the Gulf, Northeast and Pacific beds the raw bar offers clams on the half shell and cooked stone crab claws. Smoked peppered bluefish is always available as is our in-house smoked salmon. You can wash it all down with a cold draft Bass Ale or a glass of wine. Try an Oyster Shooter.
